Then, I’ll continue what we began last week, going deeper into how you can open up all your channels for sending and receiving spirit communications.  I will be sharing my exercises for increasing your receptivity, including:

A simple breathing exercise that brings you into the now--which is where spirit communication happens.

How to use nature to heighten your receptivity.

How to open each of your five senses.

How to Listen to Archived Shows:
