Management Systems and APAX Consulting (Poland) Launch Joint Research Project

LOS ANGELES - Aug. 21, 2014 - PRLog -- Management Systems and our Affiliate in Poland, APAX Consulting Group (http://www.apax.pl/en/), will be conducting a research project for the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development. The Agency's mission is to manage funds from the state budget and the European Union for the support of entrepreneurship, innovation and human resources development.

The research project will use two of the Management Systems' proprietary surveys (the "Organizational Growing Pains Questionnaire" and the "Organizational Effectiveness Survey") with sample of 500 polish companies in order to assess their readiness for organizational scale up. The surveys will be translated in to Polish.

Results will be provided to each participating company to assist their own organizational development. The results will be published in a report of joint findings between Management Systems, APAX Consulting Group and the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development. A research conference to present the results and its implications will be held in Warsaw, Poland in the spring of 2015.

Dariusz Brzezinski, CEO of The APAX Consulting Group, will work with Eric Flamholtz and Yvonne Randle of Management Systems to conduct theresearch project.
