Introducing All Natural, Gluten-Free Po Valley Risotto Mix!
Po Valley Risotto Mix is made from superfine carnaroli rice from Vercelli, Italy. Carnaroli rice is combined with the finest quality dehydrated ingredients to produce convenient and delicious Po Valley Risotto Mix. Po Valley Risotto Mix is prepared with minimal stirring, in less than 20 minutes. Simply heat two tablespoons of oil in a 4 quart saucepan. Add the contents of the package to the pan and toast for about a minute; add 1/2 cup of wine (optional) and let it evaporate. Add 2 3/4 cups of hot water and reduce heat to simmer until cooked (18 minutes). When cooked, remove from heat, stir in a pat of butter add a sprinkling of parmigiano reggiano cheese and your delicious risotto is ready to serve. Each perfectly seasoned package makes a satisfying first course, or side dish, for 2-3 people.
Po Valley Risotto Mix is all natural, gluten-free and is currently available in five varieties: Porcini Mushroom, Asparagus, Saffron, Artichoke, and Radicchio.
The Risotto Mix has been so successful that Po Valley Foods will add three flavors later this year: Risotto with Garden Vegetables, Risotto with Tartufo and Risotto with Broccoli.
