The Vantage Co. Recognizes Two Outstanding Team Members

LOS ANGELES - Aug. 15, 2014 - PRLog -- The Vantage Co. is very proud when its team members reach their goals and ascend to new heights. Two team members earned recognition this month when one earned a promotion to manager and another became the August Employee of the Month. The Vantage Co. congratulates these individuals for their motivation and work ethic.

The Vantage Co. Rewards Sabrina and Tiffany For Their Hard Work and Dedication

The Vantage Co. opened another office in Sacramento and required a team member to take the helm as office manager. Nikou M., the director of operations, found a perfect match for that position in Sabrina.

"Sabrina was made for this role and will lead her team to the top," said Nikou. "She is an amazing and inspirational leader." Leadership is necessary for a manger such as Sabrina who will need to find and retain new talent, motivate team members to meet or exceed their goals, and guide team development through feedback. Sabrina will manage 20 to 25 team members and will also need to coordinate meetings regarding sales, customer service, and marketing programs.

"She will also need to reassure clients and keep them in the loop on their campaigns," Nikou explained further. "We have no doubt that clients will be more than satisfied with Sabrina and her team. We are all looking forward to seeing how far the new Sacramento office will go!"

Nikou is also very proud of Tiffany, an administrative assistant at The Vantage Co. Selected as August Employee of the Month, Nikou says, "Tiffany is known for high energy and amazing work ethic. She is a dedicated member of our team who takes on more responsibility when needed without question."

Tiffany is the second oldest child of six and was born in Los Angeles. She grew up in a small farm town north of Fresno and earned an associate’s degree in social and behavioral science from Merced College. Tiffany finds her inspiration in Maya Angelou and her grandmother. She explains: "Maya Angelou offers resilience, creativity, and boldness. My grandmother has a kind heart, fortitude, and a strong willingness to help others. Both examples encourage me greatly to do my best at work."

During the day, Tiffany puts forth her highest effort at the office but likes to make time for play on the weekends. She enjoys music, art festivals, and family time, along with reading.

Nikou feels very encouraged by the contributions of these team members. "We have campaigns ready for immediate deployment in our new Sacramento office and know Sabrina will excel," she states proudly. "As for Tiffany, I expect continued greatness from her as well. We have a great team here at The Vantage Co.!"
