LOS ANGELES - Dec. 15, 2014 - PRLog -- “My colleagues and I had such a great time,” beamed Nikou. “The retreat had so much to offer. There was no end to the networking opportunities. “As long as they’re planned carefully, corporate retreats really have a lot to offer,” Nikou stated. “Whenever I prepare for such an outing, I carefully plan every aspect. According to Nikou, discussion during retreats should focus on a specific period of time, such as the coming year. “I would also suggest holding retreats anywhere other than the office,” Nikou concluded. “There are far too many distractions in the workplace, not to mention that the office setting might keep everyone stuck in a particular way of thinking. Also, schedule it during a slower time of year – perhaps at the very end or beginning. Select someone with great organizational skills to plan the retreat, and ensure that he or she considers the information mentioned here. You’ll be good to go!”
