HHHunt Homes Appoints Hobie Carver as CAD and Estimating Manager
Prior to joining HHHunt Homes, Carver was the longtime owner of Designs by Hobie Carver - a residential plan design company.
As CAD and Estimating Manager, Carver’s duties include residential plan design and maintenance, estimating new plan elevations, permits, field construction administration, building code compliance research, virtual project office (VPO) management, setting the department’s Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and quality standards, plan presentations and managing HHHunt Homes’ team of CAD designers and estimators.
Prior to joining HHHunt Homes, Carver was the longtime owner of Designs by Hobie Carver - a residential plan design company. He also held positions with national production homebuilders.

Carver holds an Associates Degree in Architecture from Wake Technical Community College. He is a North Carolina native from Roxboro, and father of two sons. In his spare time, he enjoys golf and baseball.
