The Afterlife: A Scientist's View

OCEANSIDE, N.Y. - July 22, 2014 - PRLog -- Dr. Piero Calvi-Parisetti, a medical doctor, bereavement counselor, author and afterlife researcher, will present an overview of the established scientific evidence suggesting an afterlife.  The July 29th lecture at Long Island University Post will be followed by a demonstration of evidential mediumship by Certified medium Laura Lynne Jackson.

Many people hope that there is an afterlife, a hope that is often fueled by religious beliefs or blind faith. Such belief is often accompanied by fear of the unknown, and many are compelled to learn more about the mystery of death. However, a large percentage of the general public is unaware that there is a vast amount of scientific research that has been amassed over the last century.

Learing about the research from disciplines of study such as near death experiences, deathbed visions, mediumship, reincarnation, electronic voice phenomena and after death communication can turn hope into knowing and allow people to lead more meaningful lives.  The data is so overwhelming that it simply cannot continue to be ignored by inquiring minds.

Mediumship research shows that certain people can indeed communicate with those who no longer have a physical body.  Although many mediums are either fraudulent or inexperienced practitioners, some mediums have been identified that can provide the evidence with a high level of accuracy. Laura Lynne Jackson is one of those mediums, and she will demonstrate her abilities for attendees following the lecture.
