WNC’s Business Health Check Clinic launched

HENDERSONVILLE, N.C. - July 9, 2014 - PRLog -- “Business leaders need to continually review their progress.  We wanted a way to help businesses with a simple and effective way to begin to evaluate where they are,” commented Graham Mew, CEO of ASG Strategies Inc.  “It’s the first of a three phase approach for the business community.  As Western North Carolina is becoming known as an entrepreneurial corridor, it’s important we work to ensure their success.”

The objective of the Business Health Check is to provide business leaders an opportunity, to review key questions regarding their business in order to determine the status or health of their business.   Understanding where a business is, enables a business to then implement improvements, which lead to sustainable growth.  The health check examines seven cores areas.

The business health checkup is being offered free to all businesses, thanks to Blue Ridge Community College, Small Business Center.  “This program is extremely important to the business community and we’re glad to be intricately involved” added Gary Heisey, Director of the Small Business Center.

“Too often businesses don’t know the questions to ask, much less the answers they need.  These clinics will be a great chance for business leaders to learn what they should be looking for” commented Matthew Schmieder, owner of Schmieder LLC.

The clinics are being made available in July and August.
