T’s BBQ Takes Over Tryst for the 4th

Usually only offered Mondays and Tuesdays, chef Paul Turano’s mouthwatering BBQ menu will be available for the entire week of the 4^th of July (June 30-July 8, 2014).

In preparation for the great patriotic holiday, guests can choose from a selection of starters such as BBQ oysters ($2), fried green tomatoes ($11), fried B&B pickles ($4) or steak tostada ($12). For entrée-portioned dishes, the menu offers a wide array of options including cornmeal fried chicken ($17), coffee and bourbon glazed baby back ribs ($18) and Maine lobster sandwich. All entrées come with a vinegar slaw and southern style potato salad.  Finish your culinary experience with an all-American “Tryst,” whether it be with a strawberry shortcake sundae ($8) or a cornflake crumble.
