MINDPEARL FIJI COMMENCE OUTSOURCING RELATIONSHIP WITH AN INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND EXPRESS COURIER COMPANY IN AUSTRALIA

Mindpearl has been awarded a contact centre outsourcing contract for an international shipping and express courier company with established operations in Australia. A dedicated team went live on the 6 May 2014 providing inbound and outbound duty collections customer service and support functions.

Today we support 13 international brands from Fiji. There is a surge to outsource in Australia at the moment, but many companies want onshore.
