NAPANOCH, N.Y. - June 5, 2014 - PRLog -- Joe Bevilacqua (Joe Bev) has acquired first broadcast rights to hundreds of hours of old time radio shows, once thought lost, but recently unearthed by a collector. These have not been aired since their original broadcasts over 60 years ago.

More 200 transcription discs of A Date with Judy; Bulldog Drummond; Blondie; Mr. Keen, Tracer of Lost Persons; My Friend Irma; and The Cisco were recently found in storage. These will air first on the new BearManor Radio series, The Lost OTR Show, which is the 14th unique regularly broadcast series created by the veteran award-winning radio producer.

Bevilacqua is known as one of the only producers consistently creating radio theater left in the world. His thousands of hours of work encompasses everything from modern radio drama and comedy to new stories using classic old time radio characters, sometimes before live audiences. He also incorporates radio theater techniques into the more than 100 audio books he has created for Blackstone Audio, available at Amazon and all online vendors.

Joe Bev's 34 radio hours per month are broadcast worldwide--on Bear Manor Radio, Sound Stages Radio, WHRO-Norfolk, VA, The 1920s Radio Network, Toon Radio, Pawling Public Radio, Radio New Zealand, WGTD, Wisconsin Public Radio and others, plus via a free SmartPhone app, available at http://www.waterlogg.com.
