In Jail For Stealing Clients' Money, Henderson Nevada Personal Injury Lawyer Awaits Fate

LAS VEGAS - June 4, 2014 - PRLog -- William Keith Errico, the 53 year-old Henderson personal injury attorney is out on bail today after being in jail since Last Friday.  On May 30th, Errico was arrested and booked into the Clark County Detention Center to await his hearing today.  He faces 2 counts of Felony theft and 2 counts of exploiting an older or vulnerable person in excess of $5,000.  All totalled he allegedly mishandled over $300,000 in client money.

Errico was present, in custody today at the Las Vegas Justice Court and was represented by attorney William Terry.  A bail amount, agreed to by the prosecution, was set at $100,000, and a Las Vegas bail bond was promptly posted right after.  The prosecution was satisfied that the money was not posted through ill-gotten gains.  In fact the defense was ordered to provide the state documentation as to the source of the bail bond funds within 48 hours.

According to online justice court case records, Errico has a status check scheduled for June 17th, just a few weeks from now.
