Nuqul Group Signs Agreement with Jordan’s General Union for Workers in Printing and Paper

The agreement further specified yearly salary increases for all employees, which was put into effect on April 1, 2014.

The Human Resources Director at Nuqul Group, Nicola Billeh, acknowledged the union’s sincere endeavors and its cooperation for determining the best possible results for all parties. The signed agreement will directly benefit more than 1,600 employees working at Nuqul Group’s subsidiaries.

Mohammad Abdel Rahman Al Zubi, the President of the General Union for Workers in Printing and Paper, mentioned that enhancing employees’ working conditions will ultimately lead to their increased productivity hence, the future success of corporations. Moreover, it will contribute positively to the economic stability of our beloved kingdom.

Mr. Al Zubi later presented Mr. Billeh with a recognition plaque for Nuqul Group’s efforts as well as their long-standing cooperation with the union to enhance employees’ working conditions.
