-- BrightStar Credit Union, one of the largest credit unions in South Florida with more than 54,000 members and $422 million in assets, held a ribbon cutting on May 21, 2014 for the opening of their new location in Pompano Beach at 1600 South Federal Highway. The Mayor and Commissioners of the City of Pompano Beach and the Greater Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce participated in the event. The new location has 2,700 square feet and brings the total number of branch locations for BrightStar Credit Union to seven (7) in Broward County.
