Linda Boles Joins MedVision as Vice President of Business Development

ANNAPOLIS, Md. - May 13, 2014 - PRLog -- MedVision Inc., a full service Telehealth/Telemedicine solution provider announced an addition to its executive team.  Linda Boles, a 20-year veteran of the technology and healthcare industries, is the new Vice President of Business Development.

Boles was the Chief Strategist for Cisco and led the U.S. Public Sector Healthcare Innovation and Business Development operations.  She provided thought leadership to executives, clinicians and business units in Federal, state and local health care agencies on the uses of technology to improve patient safety, business processes and patient care.  She worked with these clients to align health care reform with clinical and business processes.

Her experience includes positions and consulting with health care organizations including the Department of Defense Military Health System, Health and Human Services, SSA, state health departments, teaching hospitals and medical centers and veterans hospitals.

Boles is a member of and sits on boards for the American Osteopathic Association, NASCIO, American Telemedicine Association, ACO-CMS, HIMSS , Direct Doctor and Institute for E-Health Policy. Linda holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Miami and a graduate degree in Cytopathology from the University of Texas Health Science Center & MD Anderson Hospital in Houston, Texas.
