BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. - April 23, 2014 - PRLog -- Pamela Tinsley has been named by the HYASA Center as one of the recipients of their Distinguished Service Awards. The HYASA Center, located in Glendale, California, is a non-profit, non-political, secular and humanitarian charity.  The Distinguished Service Award is presented to those who have given their time and resources in service to their Community.  Pamela will be recognized for her contributions to raising awareness to the plights of female veterans on May 24 during a special tribute concert honoring those serving in the military.  Salute to Veterans is a special concert with performances by national and international entertainers.

In matters of real property, Pamela Tinsley holds the reputation of being the “go to person”, She has purchased, rehabbed and sold single family residences, condominiums, and Multi-million dollar properties throughout North America.   Her impressive portfolio boasts sales and ownership of properties in California, Indiana, Florida, Nevada and the country of Mexico.  Her proficiency and background in this field has catapulted her into the ranks of “one of the best in the business”.

Pamela was raised in San Francisco, one of the most multicultural diverse cities in the world.  She moved to Southern California to pursue her education and this is where she began to develop her impressive Real Estate portfolio.  She discovered she was an entrepreneur at an early age (her favorite board game was Monopoly).  In fact, the first property she acquired was actually her family home.   Pamela realized in the early stages of her career that the values placed on property ownership cemented generation to generation relationships.

After obtaining a degree from the University of California, Pamela linked into numerous associations and affiliations within the industry.  This has given her an opportunity to participate in legislation that has had a significant impact on the real estate market.  Pamela resides in Southern California and keeps busy in professional, civic and social activities. Her affiliation with a number of professional organizations includes the National Association of Mortgage Brokers, The California Association of Mortgage Brokers, The National Association of Realtors and Beverly Hills Westside Board of Realtors. Recognizing early on how the banking community’s programs with the Federal Government have impacted the Real Estate sector of the economy, has given her an opportunity to pass this information on to her client. It has also enabled her to strategize and advise them on the most favorable ways of buying and selling property. Pamela subscribes to the theory that hard work equals success.

Pamela attributes her success to her knowledge of people, communities, politics and anything else that effect real estate and economic change. She carefully guides her clients and prospective clients through all the processes needed to secure smooth real estate transactions whether they are buying or selling property.

Community involved plays a significant role in Pamela’s life.  In addition to her volunteer work for women in the military, she has walked for breast cancer survivors, volunteered for programs for children in foster care, worked on political campaigns, environmental causes and is an animal rights advocate.
