Capitol Financial Solutions Makes Strong Showing in Ukrop’s Monument Avenue 10K

RICHMOND, Va. - April 14, 2014 - PRLog -- Capitol Financial Solutions (http://www.capfs.com/) proudly participated in the 2014 Ukrop’s Monument Avenue 10K held on Saturday, March 29.  The 10,000 meter road running event is run on the historic Monument Avenue in Richmond. The event attracted over 40,000 participants, partying spectators, and countless bands. Participants had the option to run or walk as individuals or with a crew. The 10K began in waves starting at 8:30 from Broad Street and ended where the post Race Festival was at Monroe Park.

Capitol Financial Solutions had a crew of 12 associates and family participants.  “As a team, our associates enjoy running and walking and raising money to make a difference in our community. This event gives us an opportunity to support the Richmond Community along with the VCU Massey Cancer Center, which is the official charitable fundraising partner of the event,” says Chessie Ralston, VP of Marketing at Capitol Financial Solutions.
