Fitness and model coach set to release new workout DVD

INDIANAPOLIS - April 10, 2014 - PRLog -- Fitness and model coach Jamal Gordon is anticipating the release of his new workout DVD program “Fun Faith Fast” which is scheduled to be released this summer. The workout program will put an emphasis on music, faith and having fun while working out.

“I want people to have fun while working out so that’s why I want to incorporate music into it.” said Gordon who is a well known model coach and owner of Jag Productions.

Gordon anticipates starting a movement throughout the United States by taking his fitness program across the country into churches to help get people not only spiritually fit, but also physically fit.

“The bible says that your body is a temple so you must treat your body such by taking care of it. You can’t be spiritually fit if you’re not physically fit.” said Gordon.

The new workout DVD program will be available for purchase on Amazon and Gordon's web site.

Fun Faith Fast is anticipated to be released just in time for the summer.
