Unafraid to think outside the box, Rashida chose to explore the world of entrepreneurship building businesses in the film, entertainment, online retail and the fashion industry. Her work in marketing and business started from the ground up, from being contracted by independent and mainstream record labels for their guerilla marketing campaigns and leading street teams in the 90′s for the urban divisions.

Her experiences in the corporate world and working within small organizations led to her understand the importance of structure, timelines and completing specific tasks to contribute to larger business objectives. All of which have informed her outlook of what’s possible in the realms of business. Anything.
