It’s not that I don’t have other people to do the initial training but as Director I want to get involved in the process and build a formidable, lasting relationship with every single person on my team.”

Building upon its growth, D3 Solutions Marketing’s director took a number of her colleagues to the leadership conference, an invite-only event held in Dallas, Texas.
"Adam and Joe went to the Leadership Meeting," the CEO continued. "They were my first two account managers and they've been to the main conference before. Now, they are pushing to become assistant managers. I am expecting to promote them both in the next few months thanks to their hard work.”
"Meanwhile, Jeremiah thrives under good leadership and is ready to begin building his team. He is also excellent at training others. He empathizes with our entry-level brand ambassadors, and helps them to do their best. […] I know he gathered a lot from the conference as I hear him using his recent experience while training all the time. His fun demeanor is a real asset and I love how he conducts himself."
She continued, "Chris has demonstrated amazing leadership and was able to join our leadership team in only a short amount of weeks. He performs very well and pushes very hard for his goals [...] I'm happy he was able to attend the conference so that he can see just how much our industry can offer him."
The Director of D3 Solutions Marketing concluded: "Every time I went to Dallas, it would open my eyes to new ideas and opportunities that we could bring back to the office. I really hope my associates that I brought to this past conference will share this same experience. In addition, I want them to be able to network with those who are already at management so they can get to that level quicker,” she continued ”For any person on my team that I take with me to these conferences, I want them to realize how far they can go. Management is not the end of the road and their goals can go beyond that.”
