Well, now it is time for him to take on one of his own big goals. It’s time for him to turn his wishlists into checklists.”

Speaking about the promotion, Joe expressed surprise and excitement. He explained his path to this new role, saying: “I worked hard every day to get closer to my goals. I’ve always believed that success wouldn’t be handed to me. In this case though, it feels a little bit like it was. This is all thanks to the training systems at D3 Solutions and, of course, the support of my mentors. Having come a long way from California to get here, it is really incredible to be recognized like this; I couldn’t be more thrilled.”

Joe attributes his success to his personal motto to live for today because tomorrow is never promised.
