ACI: 7 Federal Judges, the FTC and 13 In-House Counsel to Present at ACI’s Paragraph IV Disputes

NEW YORK - March 20, 2014 - PRLog -- American Conference Institute (ACI) is pleased to announce that 7 Federal Judges, an assistant FTC Director, and 13 Brand- Name and Generic Patent Counsel will present at this year’s ACI Paragraph IV Disputes conference which will take place at the Conrad Hotel in New York City on April 28-29, 2014 (Settlement Workshop on April 30, 2014).

Reacting to this year’s faculty  and program contents, conference co-chair, Timothy X.
