JOHANNESBURG - March 17, 2014 - PRLog -- Rei does not learn of his powers until the day before his 18th birthday, when he defeats a mulan, a mutated animal that brutally kills any living species in its path. The world is overrun with them!

The next day, he waits for assignment to a guarding post, like any other youth his age.  Instead, Rei is ordered to travel through the dangerous wild country and to visit S.O.M.A., the Study of Mulan Association, which appears to be the reason for everyone’s survival in this brutal world of the far distant future. S.O.M.A. houses an underground lab, where experiments may one day lead to defeating the mulans.

Rei meets with the two leaders of S.O.M.A., who try to make him feel at home. They tell him of an experiment they want to do on him so he can one day better understand his powers. But the association that ordered Rei be shunned his whole life is now lying to him. Piece by piece, Rei puts the puzzle together. Ultimately, he must discover his true destiny and meet the creator of the mulans.
