"Open Sky for Autism" Takes Flight to Help Families with Autism while Traveling

LOS ANGELES - March 17, 2014 - PRLog -- LOS ANGELES, CA, (March 17, 2014) - Air Hollywood, a Los Angeles-based motion picture studio specializing in aviation-themed content, today announces the launch of Open Sky for Autism – a program aimed at assisting families with Autism overcome the unique challenges faced during air travel.   Free to the public with limited seating, Open Sky for Autism allows for vital acclimation and repetition during a commercial airport and passenger flight simulation.

WAPADH, a non-profit organization that supports individuals with a variety of lifelong disabilities including Autism Spectrum Disorder, will be providing expert, hands-on assistance to ensure a safe and educational experience.

The event is scheduled for Saturday, April 5^th, and features Airport Arrival, Check-In, and Baggage Check, TSA Security Screening, Departure Lounge and Boarding, In-Flight Simulation with Turbulence, Deboarding.
