-- The South Asia, Middle East, North Africa region’s SAMENA Telecommunication Council has announced today its Beyond Connectivity 2014 conference themed “Fostering Economic Growth: Evolving Telecoms & ICT Landscape”. The event, which will be held on March 16th
in Kuwait, will highlight a four-pillar approach for telecom operators which can boost economic growth and sustainable development.
SAMENA's Beyond Connectivity 2014 will bring together the telecommunications industry's leading experts to participate in a number of panel discussions covering different topics which include: tax reduction policies imposed on telecom operators, infrastructure sharing, pricing and fair competition, international roaming regulations, telecom licensing framework, diversification of revenue streams, strategies to overcome spectrum challenges, as well as regional perspective on Net Neutrality.
