while addressing what project managers need to understand about managing and leading projects in business today. The curriculum includes: best practices in navigating more complex organizations, diverse stakeholders’
requirements, and tighter delivery deadlines. This was an intensive course covering all 10 Knowledge Areas of the PMP exam.
