Shutts & Bowen names Rachel M. LaMontagne partner in Miami

MIAMI - Feb. 17, 2014 - PRLog -- Rachel M. LaMontagne has been promoted to partner in Shutts & Bowen (http://www.shutts.com)'s Miami office, where she had been Of Counsel.

Ms. LaMontagne maintains a diverse legal career, with a focus on personal injury protection litigation. She has also focused on ERISA matters, including service as lead counsel in such cases throughout Florida. She has represented employers in federal and state litigation, advised employers on issues of employment law and discrimination, and conducted workplace investigations.

She received her J.D. from the St. Thomas University School of Law and her B.S. from Florida State University.
