Jim Radogna, formerly the founder and President of Dealer Compliance Consultants, Inc. now serves as Director of Compliance for The College. Marc Bonanni, a legal compliance and licensing attorney with over 30 years of automotive industry experience, is the General Counsel for The College.

Together, Jim and Marc have developed a comprehensive but practical compliance & ethics training and certification program delivered across a proprietary, interactive learning management system covering more federal and state laws than other options available to dealers, specifically in the areas of advertising, sales and desking where many of the infractions occur (before the customer gets to the F&I office).  The new legal compliance hotline and advertising review services that are also now available to both franchised and independent auto dealers nationwide are personally managed by both Jim and Marc to give dealers the highest level of service and quality analysis.

All student training activity is stored by the learning management system including test scores.  The learning management system requires all students to achieve 100% test scores in order to advance providing the dealer with documented evidence that each employee is not only trained and certified, but also that each employee understands the laws that govern their position for the dealer’s and employee’s protection.  Each employee is also then required to sign a code of ethics taking personal responsibility for their own actions during the sales and F&I process, as it relates to their job functions within the dealership, and their commitment to report any unethical behavior they witness to the owner and senior management of the dealership.
