TIPP CITY, OH, February 13, 2014 ‒American Honda Motor Co., Inc., recently honored Keith Smallenbarger of Voss Honda with Gold Master-level membership in the 2013 Council of Sales Leadership program. This prominent honor is reserved for Honda sales consultants who consistently display leadership and provide world-class customer service.

By measuring three key benchmarks of performance – sales volume, customer satisfaction, and professional knowledge – Honda annually identifies and bestows Council of Sales Leadership membership to its top achievers. Those who attained Gold Master status have met or exceeded objectives and have performed at top levels in all three areas, within their respective dealerships, for three years, including 2013.

Keith has attained membership in the Council of Sales Leadership for the 4th time and has achieved Gold Master status for the 1st time. While more than 14,000 Honda sales consultants nationally competed, Smallenbarger was one of just 519 to earn the prestigious honor.
