Shattered Time, an Open Source RPG

COOS BAY, Ore. - Feb. 11, 2014 - PRLog -- Built in the top down, artistic style of classic Infinity Engine games, but with a modern framework and full perspective 3D camera. A real time, tactical RPG like no other. With a dialogue driven story like you've come to expect of a true CRPG, and a class-less, level-less system where progression comes from how you choose to play.

Can a game be built to match the quality and vision of an investment based, for-profit endeavor, and have the community focused ideals of an open source project? The latest project from Pixelation Games is set to push the boundaries of what an Indie Game can be, aiming to be completely free on release, via upfront crowdfunding.

Additionally the project is being built from the ground up to be easily modifiable and accessible to the community of independent game developers and modders. Shattered time promises to be more than just a great game, but also a framework for more games, expansions and modules to be built by anyone with an interest in game design.

This concept would never have been possible without a new and innovative means of funding like Kickstarter. With support from the community, Pixelation Games seeks to produce a game for the community.
