5 Best eye exercises for better vision from Neurovision !
Eyes are the most sensitive and vital organ of the human body. Keeping them in the best state is our ultimate concern, as it is a gateway to the world; we perceive and understand the world through them.
There are many exercises, which can relieve the tension of the muscles and the Pilate of the eyes, but some of them are specifically considered to create a better coordination between the eyes and the brain. These exercises help in smoothening the neural transmission of images from the eyes to the brain letting the person to have a clearer vision.
1.Palming- For this exercise you first need to rub your hands against each other before placing of both hands on the eyes while covering them with your palms, but putting too much pressure on the eye balls must be avoided to ensure blink freely. Try to get rid of all the light and remain in this stance for five minutes. Repeat this for ten times for relaxation.
2.Thumb exercises-This exercise involves the extending of your thumb of the right hand and positioning it in front of your eyes. After this take a deep breath and focus on object placed at the distance of ten feet. Perform this exercise for about 2-3 minutes and repeat it for five times. This will definitely strengthen your eye muscles.
3.Eye movement- This exercise is typically to improve the peripheral vision. In this exercise, the person keeps his head fixed in the same position and moves his eye in several directions. First, move your eye from left to right, then up and below and after that in clockwise and anti-clockwise motions. Perform this exercise for 2-3 minutes and repeat it for five times every day, which will certainly improve your vision.
4.Blinking eyes- This is the simplest exercise which can also improve your eye-sight. In this exercise, you can blink your eyes for two minutes continuously at an interval of 4-5 minutes. Repeat it for five times every day. This will help you to increase the span of attention significantly.
5.Figure 8 tracing- In this exercise, you need to imagine the figure 8 lying about ten feet away from you. Now move your eyes on the figure 8; slowly, from right to left and repeat in the direction of left to right. This will definitely improve the flexibility of the eye muscles.
All these are very basic exercises, and will definitely improve your vision without any medication and its side effects.
