Artis Consulting Joins the Hortonworks Systems Integrator Partner Program

RICHARDSON, Texas - Jan. 30, 2014 - PRLog -- Artis Consulting, L.P., announces they have joined the Hortonworks System Integrator partner program.  Hortonworks is the only 100-percent open source software provider to develop, distribute and support an Apache Hadoop platform explicitly architected, built and tested for enterprise-grade deployments.

Artis Consulting announced its support for Microsoft HDInsight Service, a Hadoop-based service from Microsoft using Hortonworks Data Platform (HDP) that brings a 100 percent Apache Hadoop solution to the cloud, making it possible for customers to gain the full value of big data. By partnering with Hortonworks, Artis Consulting further solidifies its commitment to helping customers address their Big Data needs. The Hortonworks Data Platform for Windows is the only native Hadoop distribution for Windows Server environments.
