A Biblical View of Women's Ordination

Jan. 21, 2014 - PRLog -- RINGGOLD, Ga. – Jan Voerman, a Geesburg, Netherlands, resident, has recently published The Ordination of Women: The Priesthood of All Believers and Other Aspects.

Voerman utilizes the Bible as his main source in studying the complex issues of women’s ordination in the church. He analyzes the Genesis account of Creation and the fall of Adam and Eve and how that relates to the traditional roles of men and women in society. He also examines the writings of early church writers and the original Greek language in his study of this topic.

Although retired, Voerman continues to preach, write books and articles, and study the Bible with people. In his spare time, Voerman built a small pipe organ for his home.

The Ordination of Women: The Priesthood of All Believers and Other Aspects is published by TEACH Services, and is available through Amazon, Barnes & Noble, local bookstores by request or the publisher’s Web site.
