To apply this term to business, tribe is a group of individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures that come together to achieve a common goal.  When you get highly motivated, persistent people aimed at accomplishing a common goal, things change.  This is the Power of Tribe.

In business this is important because you can always produce more when you put multiple heads together.  In a home business opportunity this is critical because you want to make sure you are not alone.  Many people fail at home businesses because they are not inspired to continue a daily routine and motivate themselves.

In any business you must surround yourself with successful people and mentors to help guide you through the inevitable rough waters that arise.  This is especially important for home business owners since the daily routine can become hard to accomplish when you are alone and no one is there to make you accountable.
