"I do" couldn't be much sweeter!!!

The talent behind these creations is Anita Hoch, owner of Anita's Biscottis. In 2000, Anita Hoch took her hobby of baking and turned it into a small pastry business. When approached by local cafe to bake biscotti, Anita began experimenting with the many flavors of this twice-baked gourmet cookie that Anita's offers today. In 2002 the bakery expanded, adding biscotti to her menu of desserts. That is when she experienced her love for the art of creating biscotti. Through this inspiration, in 2003 Anita's Biscotti was founded.
