Dallas Attorney Michael Wysocki Named Partner at McCurley Orsinger McCurley Nelson & Downing

Jan. 6, 2014 - PRLog -- DALLAS – The Family Law boutique McCurley Orsinger McCurley Nelson & Downing, L.L.P., is pleased to announce the promotion of Michael Wysocki to partner in the firm’s Dallas office.

“Michael has proven himself to be a formidable courtroom advocate for his clients,” says founding partner Mike McCurley. “In a relatively short time, he has become an important part of this firm and we are pleased to now count him as a partner.”

Mr. Wysocki, who joined the firm in 2012, has extensive experience in Family Law cases involving divorce, premarital agreements, spousal support, child custody, termination of parental rights, international child abduction, grandparent visitation and custody rights, and adoption. His work for clients has helped him earn recognition on the annual Texas Rising Stars listing of the state’s top young attorneys three different times, most recently in 2013.

Like all partners in the firm, he is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Mr. Wysocki graduated magna cum laude from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2006 and earned his undergraduate degree summa cum laude from the University of Texas at Tyler in 2003.
