JOHOR BAHRU, Malaysia - Dec. 29, 2013 - PRLog -- 30 Dec 2013, Johor Bahru-This course addresses Best Practices of Pipe Stress Analysis. This 5-day Course included Fundamentals of Piping Stress Analysis and Best Practices for Flow Induced Vibration (FIV) and Acoustic Induced Vibration (AIV). This presentation is based on hands-on solution of example problems in order to illustrate Pipe Stress Analysis using CAESAR software. Previous experience in Pipe Stress Analysis, plus experience in using CAESAR, or attendance of the Basic Statics Analysis Course is required.

A discussion/question/answer format is also employed in order to maximize retention of course material and theoretical concepts. Persons attending the training should expect to leave the course with an advanced working knowledge of CAESAR II, and pipe flexibility analysis.

This course is designed for almost anyone involved with piping in the petroleum, chemical, power, gas transmission, and related industries. Through our technical support we learn, every day, what engineers need to know, and we've tailored our seminar to give as much practical knowledge as we can in 5 days. The seminar covers proper system modeling guidelines, methods of static and dynamic analysis of piping systems, evaluation of system designs, and effective approaches to system redesign which helps Piping/Vessel Maintenance Engineers, Piping Designers, New & Experienced CAESAR II Users, Mechanical/Design Engineers, Engineering Managers, Plant Managers, and fresh graduate mechanical engineers who wants to become a piping engineer and who would like to pursue their career in Plant design industry specifically as a PIPE Stress Analyst.

The companies he has worked for including Technip, Worley Parson, Fluor, Costain Oil and Gas, BP and Agip KCO. Mr. Amrit’s specialties cover nearly every aspect of piping design and stress analysis at different stages of Engineering, Construction and Operation. He also develops extensive site experience, provides vibration solution, and handles engineering coordination and held Lead and authority roles for various EPC projects.
