Loyal Hamilton Honda Customer Wins Ultimate Fan Giveaway

HAMILTON, N.J. - Dec. 20, 2013 - PRLog -- It all started as a typical oil change at Hamilton Honda. While Michael Ticehurst waited in the service area, a dealership representative approached him about a giveaway contest. Ticehurst decided to sign up just for fun – never thinking he would win.

Less than two weeks later, the Hamilton resident found out he was wrong. He now has the choice to attend any sporting event of his choosing as the winner of the Ultimate Fan Getaway contest.

“I’ve never won anything like this before,” said Ticehurst, who is a longtime Hamilton Honda customer.  “It’s unbelievable.”

Ticehurst’s prize package also includes roundtrip airfare, hotel accommodations, and tickets to any college or NASCAR sporting event within the continental United States. Ticehurst, a father of two young children, still has not decided what sporting event he will attend.

“I’m still trying to figure it out, but it’ll probably be a football or baseball game somewhere where the weather is warm,” he said.

The Ultimate Fan Getaway contest, sponsored by CBS Radio and the Delaware Valley Honda Association, ran from Oct. 14 through Nov. 14 with signups only available in person at all participating Delaware Valley Honda dealers. The contest had over 700 entries in all.
