Acrest Property Group strengthens Berlin team

BERLIN - Dec. 16, 2013 - PRLog -- The Berlin based Acrest Property Group continues to strengthen its team with the appointment of Lutz Schilbach (43), a qualified architect, who has joined the firm as Head of Technical Project Management and Construction Procurement, taking charge of the 11-strong department responsible for managing the planning and implementation of construction projects.

Lutz has joined Acrest from TAG Immobilien AG in Hamburg, where he performed strategic real estate management tasks and, as Managing Director of TAG Stuttgart-Südtor Projektentwicklungs GmbH & Co. KG, had joint responsibility for a new construction project worth over EUR 65 million.

Previously, in his capacity as Technical Manager and Head of Project Management at TAG Gewerbeimmobilien GmbH, he managed real estate with a value of EUR 400 million. Before his seven-year association with TAG, he worked as architect and officer manager at Schulz & Schulz Architekten GmbH in Leipzig.

Acrest's Technical Project Management and Construction Procurement department cover tenant coordination, technical inventories, tenders and contract awards as well as oversight and reporting functions vis-à-vis owners and banks.
