Rick Kennett & Chris Morgan Join Logical Green Solutions LLC Team

Mr. Kennett and Mr. Morgan identify opportunities for business owners to reduce their operating expenses, save time, and minimize environmental impact by modernizing their lighting to LED energy efficient lights. Kennett will specialize in restaurants, franchises, and retail accounts. In the past, for over 35 years in Long Island NY, Kennett has held positions as Systems Analyst, IT Manager and IT Director. His understanding of technology, plus his management of sustainability projects during that time will be beneficial as he looks to assist others in the evaluation of LED lighting benefits.

Morgan is the Vice President of Sales for Logical Green Solutions. Morgan works with high profile clients on complex LED lighting solutions, focusing on sustainability efforts, enhancing property atmospheres and reducing operating costs.

In the past Morgan worked in the senior housing sector for over 12 years. He managed tenant improvement projects, programming, interior design direction, FF&E procurement, reducing operating costs and project management of occupied environments.
