Acclaimed Windsor Rock Group Blasternaut Re-releases Four Song EP Promolicious

WINDSOR, Ontario - Dec. 6, 2013 - PRLog -- The alterna-garage rock spectacle that is Blasternaut has returned with a relaunch of their four song EP Promolicious. While it's uncommon for a band who's received such critical acclaim to re-release an album, Respectable Records President Geoff Eaton has a good reason for doing so.

"Respectable Records exists to work hard for indie bands who were never really given a fair shake by the industry. Blasternaut has been making incredible music for so many years and we're combining our hard work with their talent to hopefully give them the exposure they deserve...worldwide," explained Eaton.

Blasternaut joins a growing list of Detroit/Windsor-based bands who have made their hometown proud; most noteably White Stripes, Alice Cooper, MC5, Bob Seger, to name a few from Detroit; and The Tea Party, and Big Sugar from Windsor.

Not only has the band been rocking Windsor with exceptional music and live performances for over a decade, but they've also offered their talents to support the community.

Blasternaut has done many benefit shows for various charities around Windsor. Their last performance was in May of 2011 for their City of Roses CD release party; all proceeds went to Windsor Hospice. It's refreshing to see a group of such talented musicians giving back to the community,
