Global ICT Institute forays into Call Center Business

BATANGAS CITY, Philippines - Nov. 15, 2013 - PRLog -- Global ICT Institute of Technology, formerly Genetic Computer Institute, of Batangas City, headed by Arch. Joseph C. Chua, forays into the call center industry to put Batangas City in the map for call center services providers in the Philippines.

Previously, only Lipa City was seen as the hub for Call Centers in the Batangas Province, with companies setting up in the large malls in Lipa City.  Being a commercial center and an industrial center of the province, Batangas City boasts of a large and well educated populace that fits with the requirements of the call center industry.  Furthermore, with the presence of large universities and colleges in Batangas City, it is a natural source of fresh human resource that the industry needs.

Global ICT has been providing tertiary level educational services for the past several years.  With some business partners, Global ICT has also ventured into the medical and legal transcription business, that has employed several transcriptionists for several years now.

It has been the mission of Global ICT to bring employment directly to their students, instead of encouraging their students to go abroad and leave their families.  As a tertiary school, Global ICT has monitored all her students to guide and ensure adequate employment for all her students.  The new center can house as much as 200 agents.
