Polygon at Villebois Breaks Ground on Le Bois Detached Rowhomes

WILSONVILLE, Ore. - Oct. 28, 2013 - PRLog -- The master-planned community of Villebois in Wilsonville, OR has experienced considerable growth over the past 2 years, after a debilitating slowdown during the national real estate crisis. Polygon NW has played a primary role in that growth, after acquiring the remaining property owned by Arbor at Villebois. Polygon at Villebois' latest project is located in the area known as the Villebois Village Center, and includes property that originally was slotted for development by Costa Pacific Homes. The Le Bois Collection, a series of what is being called 'detached rowhomes', is already underway on the block between Ravenna Loop and Orleans Avenue on Barber Street in Wilsonville, OR. Three detached rowhomes that were built and sold by Costa Pacific 5 years ago have been standing on this property, with the rest of the land remaining undeveloped until now. Neighbors wondered when, if ever, the grass lots would be filled in. The answer has come, with the foundations for the new Le Bois rowhomes being dug last week.

A representative from Polygon NW indicated that the framing for the Le Bois Collection would be completed by roughly November 15, 2013. Once the framing is complete, the rowhomes can be put under contract and finished roughly 90 days after purchase.

The exisitng Le Bois detached rowhomes, built by Costa Pacific, are tri-level homes with 2-car garages on the back. The new Le Bois homes by Polygon at Villebois will be 2-level, with a false dormer on what would be a third level, in order to maintain a consistent appearance with the existing construction. The floorplans willl be very similar to the Cottage Collection in Polygon's Villebois II development, according to Polygon's representative. The floor plans with provide ~1,400 square feet. An elevation featuring a second level front deck will be available as well.

On the corners of Ravenna Loop and Barber Street, the plan indicates two duplexes that will face eachother on either side of Barber Street.
