By: Baja Vista Studios From 2000-2010, Samuels led San Diego-based Roxy Monoxide, a well-known band amongst aficionados of the power-pop genre of rock n’ roll. An alumni of Niles East High School in Skokie, Samuels' high school band recorded 45rpm recording of their song "Save Niles East," which has since become a collectible. He plans to perform the song as part of his set, as a special recognition to Niles East alumni in attendance at the show. Opening the show are Dena Dena Dena, a singer-songwriter from South Bend, Indiana, and The Scuttlebuggs, a Chicago based acoustic duo with Everly-Brothers- Other scheduled towns and tour dates for Samuels include: November 10, 2013, 8:30-9:00p Lemmons, St. Louis, MO November 13, 2013, 9-10p Birdy’ November 16, 4p In-Store Performance, The Exclusive Company, Milwaukee, WI November 16, 9-10p Art*Bar, Milwaukee, WI “The Fall” EP will feature four new recordings of Samuels compositions, a holiday bonus track, and an album version of his recently released single, “If I Could Start Today Again,” available on Amazon and iTunes.
