Lucy Corr Village Implements Employee Reward Programs

CHESTERFIELD, Va. - Oct. 18, 2013 - PRLog -- Lucy Corr Village, a not-for-profit, assisted living and long-term care community located in Chesterfield, announced today that they have implemented ‘Employee of the Month’ and ‘Employee of the Year’ programs. Each month, one Lucy Corr employee will be recognized for their expertise in the field and their ability to continuously exhibit the values of Lucy Corr Village, namely: quality, cost-effective service; dignity; self-esteem and autonomy for all; a cooperative, caring environment; and a positive attitude. One of the twelve Employees of the Month will be presented with the ‘Employee of the Year Award’ given at the end of June each year for an employee’s extraordinary service and selflessness.

Each month, staff and management members may nominate one employee they feel have exemplified the values of Lucy Corr Village. The ‘Employee of the Month’ nomination box is located next to the Lucy Corr Village Employee Recognition Board. Employees of the month will receive a framed certificate, V.I.P. parking space, a “free” paid vacation day and a $25 Wal-Mart gift card.
