GRANDVILLE, Mich. - Oct. 11, 2013 - PRLog -- The National Ozone Association serves a membership of various remediation services in the United States and Canada. Professional ozone applications are a basic part of odor, mold, flood, fire, and sanitizing services.  One of the big issues is what ozone generators can be trusted.

Using a set of requirements established in 2013 by this peer-review organization, the National Ozone Association will provide independent tests to verify ozone output, reparability and reliability assessment, construction and safety reviews that can be viewed by NOAI members and the general public.

Ozone generators are constructed by small builders and larger manufacturers making this kind of review process less of a battle for size of operation as to the faithfulness of the claims and the quality of the end product.

One of the big mysteries is the actual output of the equipment.  Without any standardized testing, claims can be very misleading, and some of the most boisterous ozone proponents are not able to validate their claims.  Therefore, the emphasis of the NOAI testing process is to verify claims and reliability rather than a concern for brands.  Whether large or small, truthfulness and transparency is the Best Practices for any business.

Using a standard set of protocols. ozone generators are tested with fixed temperature, humidity, area of exposure, and milligram O3 output at the exhaust of the unit.  Therefore, test results are as fair to all as possible.

These results will be published on the NOAI website and other related sites for public review.  Without concern for brand or influence, the National Ozone Association that the buying public will be helped by this open testing system. Any ozone generator company willing to submit equipment for a week's cycle for testing are invited to participate.  Ozone generator owners may also submit equipment for review in the event your equipment is not listed.  See: http://noai.org/ozone-generator-ratings

The National Ozone Association shares in the efforts of Environmental Health Services to provide a national presence for remediation services to connect. Ozone is used by many mold remediation services, bio-trauma cleanup services, sanitizing programs, odor removal services, and flood and fire restoration services.  As this segment of the service industry grows, the need to locate reliable ozone generator equipment is a rising concern.

NOAI invites those in ozone-related services to consider joining their national program in the U.S., Canada , and South America.
