South Carolina-Based Rosenfeld Einstein Insurance Earns National, Statewide Honors

GREENVILLE, S.C. - Oct. 9, 2013 - PRLog -- South Carolina-based insurance agency Rosenfeld Einstein, a Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC Company, has been named as a 2013 Best Practices Agency by the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America (IIABA) and Reagan Consulting.

Simultaneously, Rosenfeld Einstein was ranked #16 in South Carolina’s Best Places to Work 2013 competition among companies with fewer than 250 employees, according to information compiled by SC BIZ magazine and Best Companies Group of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.  This is the fifth time in six years that Rosenfeld Einstein has been among the finalists for top honors.

Annually since 1993, the IIABA has studied the country’s top performing agencies and conducted a comprehensive qualifying process.  Agencies identified as the most efficient, customer-centric and highest performing in the industry are awarded the coveted Best Practices Agency designation.  Of the thousands of eligible agencies across America, only 216 agencies across the nation – including Rosenfeld Einstein – were selected for honors this year.

South Carolina’s Best Places to Work 2013 initiative identifies, recognizes and honors the top employers in South Carolina in two groups: companies with fewer than 250 employees, and companies with over 250 employees.  The program is sponsored by the S.C. Chamber of Commerce and SC Biz News.

Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the Best Places to Work in South Carolina. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics.  The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
