ScreenConnect 4.0 –Redesigned User Interface and New Database

The new release primarily focuses on a redesigned, responsive UI to adapt to different devices, more effective use of screen real estate, and a more intuitive and user friendly layout for technicians and administrators.  The changes to the UI were prompted by a host of new features including command line access, system screen capture, custom fields, chat access from the web UI, and the graphical timeline.  The database improvements expose technicians to more system information and a visual timeline making it much easier to see what transpired during a session.
