New Online Gallery Launches with Marker Drawings from a Parallel Universe

MEDFORD, N.J. - Oct. 8, 2013 - PRLog -- Ointmentfly, an online gallery dedicated to what it what it calls 'idiosyncratic art,' for the literate and near-literate, has opened with a never-before seen show of marker drawings by newcomer artist In2See, who describes her drawings as 'vignettes from a parallel universe.'

Ointmentfly proprietor Mike Erickson defines idiosyncratic art as 'works that don't look like anything anybody's ever seen or done before, in a unique idiom that makes sense all by itself. In2See, for instance, transforms everyday greeting card art into vivid avatars and astral beings, kind of a greeting card gestalt.'

Erickson plans to add 10 new drawings a week from In2See's large collection, 'to maintain momemtum and interest while building awareness and traffic.' The gallery resides at Fine Art America. Reproductions of the drawings can be purchased in canvas, acrylic, metal or art prints in 8", 10" or 12" sizes, or as
individual or packaged greeting cards.

Ointmentfly also features idiosyncratic literary quotes, called nuggets, fro writers ranging from Thucydides to Bum Phillips.
