Brooklyn Man, Maceo Scott, Accepts City of NY's Offer of Judgment in the Amount of $15,001.00

NEW YORK - Sept. 30, 2013 - PRLog -- Michael J. Redenburg, Esq., represented Maceo Scott in his action venued in the Eastern District of New York. Mr. Scott alleged in his Amended Complaint that he had been falsely arrested, denied a fair trial and maliciously prosecuted amongst other claims. The Case is 1:12-cv-05301 (CBA)(MDG) and Mr. Scott will attempt to negotiate his attorneys' fees with the defendants. However, if Mr. Scott's good faith efforts in this regard are ultimately unsuccessful, he will move the Court for his reasonable attorneys' fees, expenses and costs associated with the prosecution of the action.
